  Their customer service sucks, and they can't keep their word. They called my mom, and told her they was picking her vehicle. Next thing we know, they called and said they don't have her truck. She told them, that she was gonna go else where. She asked them will she be charged, and they told her no. Well guess what? They're trying to.
